1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TVOnFly service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

TVOnFly provides internet-based television access directly to users. The service requires an active, high-speed internet connection to function correctly. We are not responsible for streaming issues caused by your Internet Service Provider.

3. Network Access & Usage Restrictions

You agree not to share your account credentials with anyone outside of your immediate household. Simultaneous logins from different IP addresses on a single-device plan will result in automatic, temporary account suspension to prevent unauthorized sharing.

Restreaming, modifying, recording for commercial purposes, or rebroadcasting any content provided by TVOnFly is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban without refund.

4. Content Availability

The availability of specific channels and VOD content may change without notice. We guarantee access to our network, but specific channels may be temporarily offline for maintenance or permanently removed based on upstream availability.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
